1 cup water 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp butter 1 cup mozzarella 1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes 2 tbsp dry onion 1 tsp basil 2 cups bread flour 1 tbsp dry milk 1 tsp yeast
Sundried Tomato, Herb and Parmesan Bread
9 oz water 2 3/4 cups bread flour 2 tbsp dry milk 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp parmesan 2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp basil 2 tbsp butter 2 tsp yeast
Tomato Bread
1/4 cup skim milk 6 tbsp tomato paste 1 egg white 2 cups bread flour 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp applesauce 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 1/2 tsp dry onion 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp yeast
Tomato Basil Bread
3 cups bread flour 1 1/4 cups tomato juice 2 tsp yeast 1 tbsp basil 1 tbsp sugar 3/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil
For all of these, add the ingredients in the order your bread machine requires, and process as usual.
