Chocolate Chip Cookies (makes 100)

This the best recipe I have for cookies I can't keep them in the cookie box at the sorority. Hope you like making a lot of cookies for these are the ones you will be making. It's my secret and I’m sharing here good eating
Makes over a 100 cookies with a number 24 spoon
12 oz butter
8 oz white sugar
8 oz brown sugar
7 oz eggs (which is 4 eggs I think)
2 teaspoons vanilla
20 oz flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
16 oz nuts (optional)
24 oz chocolate chips
Mix everything except for the chips and nuts until smooth (do 5 minutes on med speed) then add chips and nuts (off and on that’s it). Bake in 350 oven for 5 to 8 minutes. When they start to turn light brown bring out of oven and sit on pans for 2 or 3 minutes (will continue to cook on hot pans). Remove from the pans onto racks and continue until all dough is used
