Christmas Morning Casserole

This is good and reheats well!!

5 1/2 ounces seasoned croutons
1 lb bulk Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces frozen Italian vegetables
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Line the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan with the croutons. Sprinkle sausage over the croutons. Beat eggs and milk until thoroughly mixed and add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour egg mixture over sausage and Bake at 350 for one hour. Casserole may be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
