Cherry-Pineapple Dessert

We just spent a week visiting relatives, and one of our aunt's served this one evening. It's great!
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can (16 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz. container) Cool Whip
Mix, pour into a 13 x 9 pan; freeze. Serve frozen.
