Creme DeMenthe Cake

This is a family favorite around holiday time.

1 white cake mix
Ingredients called for on the cake mix box
1/3 cup oil, ( add only if your cake mix does not call for oil )
3 tbsp creme dementhe
1/3 cup water

Mix cake mix as directed on the box. If your cake mix does not call for oil, add oil. Add Creme DeMenthe and water Pour into a 9x13-inch pan Bake: 350 F 30-40 min. Cake will not rise - May even shrink Cool cake completely. Then top with Creme DeMenthe Frosting ( below)

Creme DeMenthe Frosting:

1 jar Kraft Fudge topping
9 oz. whipped topping ( I use Cool Whip )
1 tbsp creme dementhe

Spread the fudge topping directly onto the cake. Whip together the cool whip and the Creme DeMenthe. Spread this on top of the fudge layer.
