Cheesecake That Makes Its Own Crust rec.food.cooking/Lynda Murray Serves 8 to 10
Found this recipe in newspaper a few days ago...
3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese , softened 24 oz. sour cream 1/3 cup biscuit mix (Bisquick)
Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Preheat oven to 350F. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until no streaks remain. Pour into prepared pie plate and bake for 30 min. Turn off oven heat and allow pie to remain in oven 1 hour before removing. Chill. |
