Chicken Strogonaff (crock pot)
4-6 FROZEN boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 (16 oz) carton low-fat sour cream 1 can 'light' cream of mushroom soup 1 pouch onion soup mix 1-2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
Place frozen chicen in crock pot. In a bowl, combine sour cream, soup, and soup mix, pour over chicken. Add sliced mushrooms. Cover and set on low for 7 hours. |
