Baked Hot Wings
Newsgroup posting by Jenny

I bake up wings on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees until they are crispy. (Time varies but should be under an hour).

Then I melt a tablespoon full of butter in a cup with about 1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce. I take the wings out of the oven, and brush the sauce all over them. Everyone in the family thinks they are as good as restaurant wings.

Just DON'T put them back to cook after you brush the sauce on or they lose their crispness and get soggy.
