Beat together to make meringue: 6 egg whites 1 3/4 Cup sugar 1/8 tsp salt Spread into two 9x13 pans, lined with brown paper for easy removal. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
1 pint whipping (heavy) cream, whipped, slightly sweetened (Could use Cool Whip - this recipe is older than Cool Whip.) 12 FROZEN Heath bars
Crush Heath bars in blender or food processor (but not too long) Blend into the whipping cream, reserving some for the top. In a 9x13 pan, make layers alternating the meringues with the whipped cream mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
