Peach Crisp serves 12
12-15 peaches, washed and peeled, sliced: enough to fill the 9x13-inch pan 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 T. cinnamon Mix all the ingredients in a 9x13" baking pan and let it bind together while you make the crisp topping.
Crisp Topping
1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. oatmeal 2 c. brown sugar 2 sticks butter or margerine, room temp. 2 T. ground cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients to make a crumble. Top the prepared peaches and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 oven.
