Chocolate Covered Strawberries filled with Grand Marnier

Compliments of the Disney Institue Romantic Dinners
Makes two servings

8 Strawberries, Large
1 ounce Grand Marnier
1 pound chocolate chips
1 ounce canola oil

PREPARATION
Wash strawberries

Fill an irrigation syringe (obtain from local drug store or dentist) with Grand Marnier and inject strawberries with liqueur. (Note..until they start to drip)

Melt chocolate and oil in top of double boiler. When smooth and ribbon-like remove from the heat. (Never let the pot with chocolate touch the water) Pat the strawberries dry and dip then in the chocolate. Coat them evenly and set on parchment paper.

Chill them for 30 minutes, remove from paper, and serve.
