Cherry Coke Salad

1 lb can dark cherries
1 (1-lb 4-oz) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz) packages cherry Jello
2 (6.5 oz) bottles of Coca-Cola, chilled

Drain juice from fruit; add water if necessary to make 2 cups liquid. Heat juice to boiling; add jello, stir until dissolved. Cool; add Coca-Cola and fruit. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold or dish. Makes large salad. Can be served with salad dressing, soft cream cheese or whipped cream blobs.
