Garden Herb Bread (bread machine)

3 cups bread flour
2 tbsp nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup water
1 egg
2 tbsp margarine/butter
1 tbsp Italian herbs mix (McCormick sells this as a herb mix) or any combination of marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, savory, oregano and basil that you like*
2 1/2 tsp yeast

* Use 3 tbsp fresh herbs of the above combinations INSTEAD of the dry herbs.
