Garlic Breadsticks (bread machine dough cycle)

3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons water (90-100 degree F)
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 fresh garlic cloves crushed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup favorite pizza sauce (for dipping)

Add lukewarm water to bread pan. add flour, milk, sugar and salt. Tap pan to settle ingredients. Push some mixture into corners. Place butter into corners. Make a well in center and add yeast. Lock pan into machine. Program machine for dough. When dough is done, let sit for 15 minutes. Then knead well and roll out onto a greased cookie sheet.

Spread the olive oil onto the top of dough and add the crushed garlic. Make sure to spread evenly. Then add the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.

Use a pizza cutter and cut in long strips and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
