Vary quantities to taste
1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1/8 teaspoon garlic granules (optional)
Mix all ingredients together well in bowl. Sprinkle into shallow baking pan. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or so, stirring a couple of times. Store airtight when cool. |
