SSAUSAGE CASSEROLE
1 lb. hot sausage links 1 lb. fresh sausage links 1 lb. smoked sausage links 4 potatoes, cubed 2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans 3 green bell peppers, cut in strips 1 large onion, sliced
Cut sausage in 1/2-inch slices and place in pan to brown. After meat is browned transfer into casserole and add potatoes, beans, peppers and onion. Bake until meat and vegetables are done, about 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with fresh homemade bread or Italian bread.
