Ham Biscuits Source: Nancy Gerard Makes: 12
12 potato rolls -- sliced in half 1 pound ham slices, extra lean -- 1/8 inch thick 1 stick margarine -- softened 1/4 onion -- finely minced 3 tablespoons yellow mustard 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Mix margarine, onion, mustard and poppy seeds together. Spread mixture on top side of rolls. Cover bottom halves with ham; assemble, cover with foil and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Note: Use dollar rolls instead of larger potato rolls if making for appetizers. |
