BANANA SOUR CREAM BARS Source: Unknown
1/2 cup Butter 1 1/2 cup Sugar 2 large Ripe bananas 2 Eggs 3/4 cup Sour cream 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 cups (scant) flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Soda Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Add sour cream and mix. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and flour. Bake in jellyroll pan (15 x 10 x 2) about 30 minutes (check after 20 minutes) at 375 degrees F. |
