Fondant Layered Fudge

I used to make fudge and retail it at some local farmers markets in Lancaster , Pa. I made many flavors. For lemon (really chocolate-lemon) I would make lemon fondant and spread it between two layers of chocolate fudge. Did the same with many different fruit flavors.
