Shrimp with Basil and Proscuitto rec.food.cooking/Rrr57 (1999)
1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined. 3 oz proscuitto sliced into thirds lengthwise two bunches (about) fresh basil
Place a basil leaf onto each shrimp and wrap with one long slice of the proscuitto. Place onto sprayed cookie sheet and broil 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp turns nice and pink and proscuitto is a little crispy. Serve warm. |
