Our family has been enjoying these mushrooms for years, they are meat-free so can be enjoyed by vegetarians.
Wonderful Mushrooms
About 8 oz. mushrooms 4 Tablespoons butter or margarine, softened 1 clove minced garlic 3 Tablespoons shredded Jack Cheese 2 Tablespoons red wine 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/3 cup fine cracker crumbs
Remove mushroom stems and reserve for another use.Combine remaining ingredients and stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Broil until brown and bubbly, about 3-5 minutes.
