SHAKE-IT-UP SALAD1/4 cup cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 small carrot, shredded
1 cup torn prewashed salad greens
2 tablespoons French salad dressing (or dressing of choice)
Combine all ingredients except dressing in a clear container with tight-fitting lid.
When it's time to eat, add the dressing. Replace the cover and shake the container to mix and toss.
Makes 1 salad
