ASIAN SHRIMP NOODLE SALAD

1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
8 oz linguine
3 tbsp hot water
3 tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup bottled Oriental salad dressing

Cook linguine pasta. Drain in colander; rinse under running cold water. Cook shrimp until pink in pot from linguine.

Whisk peanut butter and water together, and then add dressing.

Put linguine in pan with shrimp and pour over the dressing. Toss and serve.
