COTTAGE FRUIT SALAD
1 (15 1/4-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin 1 (1 lb.) container small curd cottage cheese 1 (4 1/2-oz.) carton whipped topping, thawed 1 cup coconut 1 cup miniature marshmallows
In a large bowl, place drained fruit and sprinkle dry gelatin over top; let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add cottage cheese, whipped topping, coconut and marshmallows. Combine well and let stand in refrigerator 1 hour.
