SAVORY-SWEET COLESLAW
1 head of cabbage 2 to 3 large carrots 1/2 cup Hellman's or Duke's mayonnaise 1/4 milk 2 tablespoons vinegar 3 tablespoons sugar
Use a food processor or meat grinder. Cut cabbage into quarters or so it will fit in processor. Grind the cabbage and carrots and put them in a bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients together well and combine with the cabbage mixture. Mix well then chill in fridge.
