BUTTERHORNS
1 (12 oz) carton cottage cheese
1 cup soft butter
2 cups flour
dash salt
FROSTING:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla
Cream cottage cheese and butter until smooth.
Add flour and salt. Form into a ball and refrigerate overnight.
Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle and cut into 12 wedges. Roll up to pointed end and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
To make frosting, cream powdered sugar and butter. Add milk and vanilla. Frost rolls while they are still warm.
Makes 36 Rolls
