Recipe(tried): Chicken or Turkey Spread

Appetizers and Snacks
CHICKEN OR TURKEY SPREAD

2 cups left over turkey or chicken, minced in food processor until fine
1 small white onion, chopped very fine
1/2 cup pecan pieces
mayonnaise
salt and pepper (to taste)

Mix ingredients with mayonnaise until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Very good on a sandwich or as a dip on club crackers.
