Recipe: Country Fare Creamy Corn Soup (Pet Evaporated Milk recipe, 1980's)

6 slices bacon, diced
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash ground black pepper
In 3 quart saucepan, brown bacon.
Stir in corn, evaporated milk, (undiluted) potato soup, 1 cup water, salt, and pepper. Heat, stirring often, until hot, but do not boil.
