re: Allergic (wheat and gluten)

I would be careful what recipes you collect:

Celiacs are allergic to the gluten in a variety of grain products especially wheat. They cannot eat any gluten at all.

People who are only sensitive to wheat may be able to eat very restricted amounts.

All depends upon what your specialist has advised.
