Recipe: Banana Yogurt (serves 2)

BANANA YOGURT

2 tablespoons mixed seeds, such as sunflower, pumpkin and sesame
2 small ripe bananas
1 cup yogurt with live and active cultures
2 teaspoons maple syrup

Lightly toast the seeds in a dry frying pan until just golden, tossing frequently.

Slice the bananas into two glasses or bowls. Top with the yogurt, then sprinkle with the seeds. Drizzle each serving with the maple syrup.

Servings: 2
