Recipe(tried): Low Fat Pineapple Cheese Ball - Very Good (repost)

Appetizers and Snacks
Debbie, here's a pineapple cheeseball recipe I posted here some time ago... There's a boatload of recipes for pineapple cheese balls on this site, you can find them by putting pineapple cheese ball in the search box. Here's one from my collection.

This recipe is one I put in the three ring binders I have of our favorite recipes. I have "very good" written on this recipe.

PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL

2 (8oz. each) low fat packages cream cheese, softened
8 oz. can crushed pineapple in it's own juice, drained
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (green, red, yellow or orange or a combo)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup crushed pecans, toasted if desired

Mix all together with the exception of the pecans. Form into a ball and chill. Roll in crushed pecans. Keep chilled until serving time.
