Recipe(tried): Sausage Cheese Puffs (using Bisquick)
Appetizers and SnacksSAUSAGE CHEESE PUFFS
1 lb Bob Evans original recipe roll sausage
2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (10 oz)
2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot. Refrigerate any leftovers.
Makes about 60 pieces
