ISO: tuna or ground beef eggplant lasagna

Misc.
My mother had a recipe for an tuna eggplant lasagna. With all the moving I have done, I have lost the recipe. I am not sure where she got the recipe. I know the eqqplant was sliced, dipped egg and flour and fried. It also had a tomato sauce seasoned like spaghetti sauce. The pan was layered noodles, eggplant, tuna, and perhaps cheese and baked.

Thanks
