Recipe(tried): Key West Ribs (crock pot)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
KEY WEST RIBS

2 1/2 lbs country style pork loin ribs
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp salt
OPTIONAL, FOR SERVING:
Hot cooked rice
Black beans

Place the ribs in a 4-quart crock pot.

In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients; mix well. Pour over the ribs.

Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours.

Spoon the sauce over the ribs. For tropical meal serve with black beans and rice.
