Request for Peruvian green salsa

I am trying to find a recipe for a salsa my sister had in a Peruvian Restaurant in L.A. She said it was out of this world, but can't find a reciep for it. It contains iceberg lettuce, celery, onion, garlic, cilantro. She said it
has no tomatoes. All the salsa recipes I have found have tomatoes.
If anyone has a recipe for this or knows where to find it , I would
appreciate it ever so much. Thanks!
