Recipe: Beef and Cheese Dip Aloha (microwave)

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (2 1/2 oz) pkg. sliced dried beef, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Place cream cheese in 1 quart casserole. Microwave at medium for 3/4 to 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
Cover, microwave at medium 3 to 5 minutes. Stir once.
Serve with melba toast rounds.
