CHICKEN TERIYAKI
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
1 (6 oz) can pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
24 cherry tomatoes (optional)
2 cups hot cooked rice (for serving)
Combine all ingredients except for the rice in crock pot.
Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 2 hours or until the chicken is tender.
Serve the chicken and sauce over the rice.
Makes 4 servings
