2 cups water
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 lbs ground beef
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Hamburger buns (for serving)
In a saucepan, combine 2 cups water, onion, catsup and chili powder. Cook for about 6-7 minutes.
Add ground beef, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve on hamburger buns.
Makes 4 servings
