Recipe: Crab Salad (4)

Here are a few different Crab salads.

CRAB SALAD

1 lb. imitation crabmeat,
shredded
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and
shredded
1/2 c. grated Cheddar and/or
1/4 c. Jack cheese
3/4 c. Best Foods mayonnaise

Mix well. Refrigerate. Good with crackers or French
bread.

HOT CRAB SALAD

1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion
1 c. finely cut celery
1 lb. canned crab (I use the
frozen imitation crab)
1 c. shrimp, cut in small
pieces
1 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs, mixed with
2 Tbsp. butter

Combine the pepper, onion and celery. Place all ingre-
dients in a greased baking dish, cover with bread crumbs and
bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

CRAB SALAD

1 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 c. mayonnaise (Best Foods)
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Shred crabmeat. In a medium bowl, add crabmeat, celery,
sour cream, mayonnaise and seasoning. Mix well. If needed,
add more mayonnaise and sour cream.

CRAB SALAD

1 to 1 1/4 lb. crabmeat (or
imitation crabmeat)
1/2 c. chopped celery, soften
slightly in microwave
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
room temperature
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix together all ingredients but crabmeat for dressing.
Add small amounts of dressing until desired consistency.
