LEMON HERB CHICKEN
3 pounds chicken pieces Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
2 teaspoons Wyler's Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon (or 2 Chicken- Flavor Bouillon Cubes)
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, crushed
Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper; set aside.
In small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Grill chicken until tender and crisp, turning and basting frequently with sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
OVEN METHOD:
Place chicken on rack in roasting pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until tender, basting frequently
Makes 4-6 servings
