Recipe(tried): Olive Garden Chicken and Potato Florentine Soup - You did it! This is SOOoo good!

I made this last night and decided to 'halve' the recipe because I didn't have enough chicken; and, in case I didn't like it.
Well, now I wish I would've gone to get more chicken and made the whole recipe because it is so very, very delicious!

It is really good without the cheese/s, but today I decided to go get some cream cheese to add to it, and it does taste more like the version from Olive Garden with it.
