Recipe: Seafood Spread (using crab and tiny shrimp)

SEAFOOD SPREAD

"This can also be used as a dip or to make good sandwiches."

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
3 hard cooked eggs, mashed
1 (8 oz) can crab meat, flaked
1 (8 oz) can tiny shrimp, drained, and chopped
1/4 onion, very finely chopped
1 stalk celery, very finely chopped
1 tsp. Creole Seasoning
Several dashes Tabasco

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and boiled eggs in mixer bowl. Beat until fairly smooth. Add crabmeat, shrimp, onion, celery, Creole seasoning and Tabasco. Mix well.

Serve with crackers.
