Snickerdoodles

1 cup margarine
3 3/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 t. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 t. cream of tarter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla

Cream margarine & sugar,add eggs one at a time. Add milk & vanilla. Throughly mix flour, baking soda,cream of tarter & salt, add to creamed mixture. Roll balls in cinnamon & sugar. Form dough into 1" balls. Put 2"apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 10-12 min. Makes 8 dozen
