PARMESAN RANCH DRESSING (PARM DIP)
5 lb mayonnaise
2 lb + 6 oz sour cream
1 lb + 4 oz malt vinegar
1 lb parmesan cheese
11 oz milk
2 oz sugar
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp pureed garlic
Mix well, hold refrigerated. Let stand 4 hours before use for flavours to develop. Hold up to 5 days.
Yield: 196 fl oz/6.12 Qts/5.75 L/1.5 Gal
