ISO: Beef Stroganoff

Misc.
Looking for a recipe that came from a cookbook I think was titled American Family Cookbook. It was for beef stroganoff you dusted the meat strips in flour, browned in oil, then added ketchup I think worcestershire sauce, water, onions, and sour cream added at the end. Then ladled onto buttered egg noodles. I just can't remember if there was any thing else and correct seasonings. Thank you.
