Recipe: Bertucci's Baked Tortellini and Chicken Gratinati

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
Hi,

I understand what you are going through. I moved from New Jersey to Florida, and there are no Bertucci's here. I came across your message while looking for the same recipe. I am currently going to the store for the fixings to complete this wonderful meal. :) Hope you enjoy also.

TORTELLINI GRATINATI

8 oz. cheese filled tortellini (cooked)
4 oz. chicken breast (cooked & diced)
4 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. Alfredo sauce
4 oz. shredded mozzarella
1 oz. parmigiano

Place tortellini in a oven proof caserole dish. Add chicken or (cooked, diced sausage.) Ladle sauces over tortellini cover with cheeses. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until bubbling.
