ISO: Cheddar Cheese Ball/log

I am looking for a recipe that I had but have lost. It is for a cheese ball/log. I know most, if not all the ingredients but not the amounts. It calls for shredded cheese, cream cheese, horseradish, cayenne, paprika, mayonnaise, and maybe worcestershire.
