ISO: Crusty French bread -using dough cycle

Misc.
I am in need of a crusty french bread recipe that I can make in my bread machine using the dough cycle so I can shape it into rounds for muffuletta sandwiches. Any help would truly be appreciated. I can make loaves letting it all be done in the machine but desperately need to be able to shape the loaves myself like we do rolls. Thanks in advance for any advice or recipe suggestions.
