Recipe: All-Purpose Seasoning (using hot pepper flakes, sage, nutmeg, and dry mustard)
Herbs and SpicesALL-PURPOSE SEASONING
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
2 1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
Put everything in a blender and blend on high until all is ground fine.
Do not take the mixture out of the blender but let it sit 3 minutes.
Remove it and store it in a covered container.
