ISO: I would like suggestions for a monogram wedding shower

I am having a post wedding shower for an older couple. This is their first marriage and the wedding was last week. It was postponed and rearranged due to Katrina. None of the preplanned events happened on time therefore I want this brunch-monogram shower for couples to be special. I plan on serving champagne/Mimosas/sparkling water and monogrammed truffles. I have the drinks and sweets somewhat covered but am having trouble deciding on main dishes and other ideas. Please send suggestions for food, favors, decorations, etc. All advice is very welcome.
